All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 8–20 business days
• Canada: 10–25 business days
• International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take several days to become active.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Leah’s Little Dreams is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.
